Ms. Pradhan joined Rosenberg, Eisenberg & Shactman, LLC after she began her career at a defense litigation firm where her practice focused on defending skilled nursing facilities, automobile accidents, wrongful death, and premise liability. Ms. Pradhan’s prior defense experience gives her a unique perspective and approach in her representation of injured victims.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Pradhan advocates for her clients that have been wronged. She focuses on keeping her clients up to date regarding all aspects of the case and building personal relationships with each client.  Ms. Pradhan has successfully obtained settlements on behalf of her clients through mediation, arbitration and negotiation.

Ms. Pradhan’s past experience includes involvement in the defense of multi-million dollar injury cases arising from nursing home defense, automobile and truck collisions, construction-site and premises incidents.
